Exchange Rules and AML Verification
This offer contains the main provisions, terms, and conditions under which the RequiPay service provides its services to clients.
Before using the service, the user must carefully read these Rules and agree to all the terms stated below.
The use of the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
These Exchange Rules and AML Verification Policy are publicly available on the RequiPay website and apply to all users of the service.
1. Key Definitions and Terms
RequiPay Service — an online platform providing services for the exchange of electronic and digital assets.
User — an individual or legal entity that has completed registration and AML/KYC verification.
AML (Anti-Money Laundering) — a policy aimed at preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities.
KYC (Know Your Customer) — a procedure for identifying the user’s identity, required to perform exchange operations.
2. AML Verification of Funds Within the Exchange
Before conducting an exchange or withdrawing assets, the user must undergo AML verification of funds within the exchange.
This procedure allows the company to ensure that the funds credited to the balance have a legal origin and are not connected with illegal activities (such as hacks, darknet platforms, sanctioned sources, etc.).
AML verification is carried out automatically using specialized analytical systems that analyze the transaction history and the “cleanliness” of addresses.
In the event that suspicious activity is detected, the service may request supporting documents or suspend the operation until all circumstances are clarified.
3. Service Fees
The cost of services is determined automatically at the time the order is created.
The service reserves the right to change fees without prior notice, with all updates published on the website.
4. Terms of Service
4.1. The RequiPay service provides services only to users who have passed AML/KYC verification.
4.2. The user must provide accurate personal data and documents confirming their identity and the lawful origin of funds.
4.3. If the user refuses to undergo AML verification or provides false information, the service has the right to suspend or cancel the operation.

5. Privacy Policy
All personal data of users are stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the service’s privacy policy.
6. Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML Policy)
6.1. The service strictly complies with international AML/CFT standards (combating money laundering and terrorist financing).
6.2. All transactions are subject to automatic and manual monitoring.
6.3. Any suspicious operations may be suspended until verification is completed.
6.4. If signs of illegal activity are detected, the service has the right to submit relevant data to competent authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is not responsible for the user’s actions that violate applicable laws, including attempts to bypass AML/KYC procedures.
8. Dispute Resolution
